This issue marks the beginning of our 5th year as a journal. We will be instituting several new things. Deputy Editor, Mark Baratz, MD, will feature a clinical problem corner, and Deputy Editor, Richard Berger, MD, PhD, along with radiologist, Kim Amrami, MD, will feature a radiology corner.
Our Editorial Board has changed to include many well-known international hand surgeons in an effort to broaden our reach in attracting the best review articles and articles highlighting the most advanced current clinical techniques.
Lastly, we have streamlined the submission process. Essentially, one can now submit a manuscript on a single CD, including on it a Word file of the text document, color and/or black and white figures (saved as TIFF files at 300 DPI), and any sketches of figures the author wishes drawn by the Journal’s artist, Gary Schnitz. We encourage all clinical pictures to be submitted in color.
