Chronic vascular disorders of the upper extremity

      Abstract

      This article details the presentation and evaluation of occlusive, vasospastic, and mixed vascular disorders. Indications and techniques of nonoperative management and surgical techniques of vascular reconstruction and periarterial sympathectomy are presented.
