Pre-treatment severity of Dupuytren’s contracture can influence the extent of correction with collagenase clostridium histolyticum (CCH) treatment. The effect of baseline contracture severity was evaluated in a post-hoc analysis of a study in which patients received two concurrent CCH injections into cords in the same hand to treat two Dupuytren’s fixed flexion contractures (FFCs).
