Surgical treatment of digital ischemia in connective tissue disorders consists of
periarterial sympathectomy alone (PS) or in conjunction with bypass graft (PSB) of
the radial or ulnar artery. PSB may provide benefit compared to PS alone. Preoperative
angiography may not accurately reflect the suitability of vessels for bypass.
