Abstract
Acrometastases are a rare but important clinical entity. We present the case of a
54-year-old man with a metastasis to a digit from a primary thymic carcinoma. The
prognostic implications of such a diagnosis are discussed. (J Hand Surg 2000;25A:1169-1172.
